Straight answers

Ask the awkward questions.

Migration. Pricing. Whether it really does optical AND audiology. Whether it scales across sites. The things you need straight before you switch systems — answered here, no spin, no small print.

How is it different?

Most systems bolt tools together. We connected them from the start.

The software you're on now probably grew a feature at a time — a diary here, a dispensing add-on there, audiology in a box of its own. i-Clarity was built the other way round: one platform with a single patient record at its centre, so optical and audiology, front desk and clinic all work from the same live information. And because we build for independent practices — not corporate chains — you get customisation right down to bespoke development.

Bolted-together tools. Siloed data.

The rest, answered

No question too small.

01What exactly is i-Clarity?

One connected platform for independent optical and audiology practices. Patient records, clinical notes, diaries, dispensing, stock, recall, marketing and reporting — all in one place, so every team works from the same live information instead of five systems that don't talk to each other.

02Does it really do both optical and audiology?

Yes — properly, not as a bolt-on. Optical and audiology run on the same platform with one patient record across both. Nothing is siloed, so a patient's full history is there whichever chair they're in.

03What happens to our data when we switch?

We do the heavy lifting. A discovery call, configuration around the way you actually work, then a full data transfer that's checked and validated before you rely on it — followed by role-based training and hands-on go-live support. Business continuity comes first: your practice keeps running, and your data is ready from day one.

04Will it work for a multi-site group?

It's built for it. The same platform runs a single practice or a large multi-site group — group-wide reporting, central configuration and consistent workflows across every location. Add sites and services without stitching together a patchwork of disconnected tools.

05How much does it cost?

You pay for the modules you use — no all-or-nothing licence. Plans typically land between £165 and £395 a month depending on modules and number of sites, with a one-off data transfer from £500, scoped to your data. A short call is the quickest way to an exact figure.

Still not sure?

Book a discovery call.

A relaxed, no-obligation call about your practice — optical, audiology or both. We'll show you exactly where i-Clarity fits, and only recommend it if it genuinely does. Didn't find your answer above?
